EDITORIAL AUTHORITY MEETS DIGITAL DESIGN
UNIFIED CONTENT FOR MODERN BRANDS
Drawing on a background in writing, editing, design, and publishing, I develop content that allows brands and organizations to be fully visible. Individual pieces are designed to stand on their own while contributing to a consistent presence across multi-channel platforms.

LEGACY BRAND VISIBILITY
Beck's
Editorial Feature Writing • Print-to-Social Content Translation • Original Photography • Heritage Brand Positioning Support
Following only the third relocation in its ninety-year history, Beck Furs marked a milestone anniversary to acquire a more modern setting yet less direct retail visibility. Their move also brought a name change to reflect their expanded offerings of clothing and accessories. The feature helped re-establish recognition by connecting the business’s heritage services with its evolving clothing collections and designer partnerships.
Beck’s presented an opportunity to refine how a long-standing, heritage business was understood within a modern context. With over 90 years of history, the brand carried inherent credibility, but much of that value was not clearly articulated in how it was presented. My role was to shape a more intentional narrative through both editorial structure and visual direction. Rather than defaulting to descriptive or promotional language, I positioned the business through tone, materiality, and experience - allowing the legacy of the brand to be felt rather than stated. This included simplifying the visual approach to emphasize texture and craftsmanship, and structuring the written content around presence and continuity rather than a list of services. The result was a clearer, more cohesive representation of the business, one that aligned its heritage with a more refined, contemporary audience while maintaining the integrity of its history.

The original poster brings the history of Beck Furs to the forefront. Circling back to the present, a lush teddy bear and lap blanket - both repurposed from fur coats, stand out against the modern loveseat. Texturally and aesthetically pleasing, the hand-sewn teddy bear and blanket bring a sense of comfort in a shifting landscape. The elements inform the viewer that the history of the business is protected, craftsmanship endures and something sustainable has emerged for a new generation.
LUXURY SERVICE INTRODUCTION
HEADSPACE®
• Print Layout • Print-to-Social Content Translation • Original Photography • Brand Positioning Support
Headspace launched as the fourth independent business under one umbrella and the first to introduce a luxury service offering. With strong existing branding already established, the feature focused on translating that identity appropriately for a print publication audience while supporting targeted visibility through coordinated social content. Original photography and layout decisions reinforced the tone of the service while maintaining continuity with the broader brand structure.
I developed the editorial presentation of the Headspace feature to ensure the business’s established branding translated clearly within a magazine environment and extended effectively across social platforms. This included selecting supporting photography, contributing original photography, and structuring the layout to reinforce the tone of the service offering for a distinct target demographic. Because Headspace represented the first luxury service within its ownership group, the article helped introduce a refined positioning while maintaining continuity with the broader brand umbrella. Supporting social media slides extended the feature beyond print, allowing the photography and editorial structure to carry consistently across platforms.

ABOUT
STRATEGIST, WRITER & DESIGNER
I work at the intersection of writing, editorial structure, and visual design, helping individuals and organizations clarify what they want to communicate and how they are understood. My background in publishing informs an approach that prioritizes core messaging, then expands it into a cohesive presence across print and digital environments to reach the appropriate audience/s.
In addition to producing independent pieces, I help shape content ecosystems that allow a brand’s voice to remain consistent, recognizable, and aligned over time.
My philosophy is that the most effective visibility begins with editorial thinking: clarity, careful structure, close attention to detail, and story-driven consistency across the channels where work is meant to be seen.
